Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This is because digital files can be accessed, copied, or stored immediately after delivery.

However, we understand that issues can occur. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

• Duplicate purchases made accidentally

• Technical issues preventing access to the files

• Incorrect file delivery
